Design Workshop is pleased to announce the promotion of eleven team members who have been recognized for their leadership in working with clients, colleagues and peers, their commitment to professional growth, and their support for the growth and success of others.

Darla Callaway, PLA, AICP, CDT, LEED AP BD+C
Darla Callaway has been promoted to the role of Principal. A landscape architect and planner in Design Workshop’s Aspen office, Darla is committed to the design and execution of projects that leave a legacy for future generations.

Manisha Kaul, PLA, ASLA, LEED AP
Manisha Kaul has been promoted to the role of Associate. As Director of Design Workshop’s Chicago office, Manisha’s interests lie in creating resiliency, harmony and balance between the built and natural environments through design.

Meg Plumb, PLA, AICP, CDT, LEED GA
Meg Plumb has been promoted to the role of Associate. A landscape architect in the Aspen office, Meg is passionate about creating spaces that shape everyday experience and benefit communities as well as ecologies.
