The Eaton Corporation wanted their new corporate headquarters to provide their employees with stimulating outdoor experiences to encourage high productivity and mental health. Design Workshop collaborated with Pickard Chilton Architects to develop the site plan and surrounding landscape of a supportive working environment. Set on a 53-acre site in the Chagrin Highlands, the campus features a four-acre pond, fountain and beautiful landscaping that provides residents with a jogging and nature trail and outdoor gathering areas.
